I can’t believe how easy this recipe is! I originally came across these recipes for Crack Slaw but they all included sugar which I’m trying not to use. Using prepackaged coleslaw mix cut out so much prep time which makes it a get weeknight meal during a busy work week. My husband enjoyed it so much, he had seconds.
