Italian Turkey Skillet with Green Beans

INGRIEDENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lbs  Ground Turkey
  • 2 cloves of Garlic – minced
  • ½ Large Onion –  diced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper – diced
  • 16 oz  French Cut Green Beans – cut in half or thirds
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch of Dried Red Chili Peppers – optional

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Crumble and break up into small pieces.
  • Add onion and garlic and cook until onions are golden brown and translucent.
  • Stir in yellow bell peppers, green beans, and marinara sauce.
  • Cover skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Cook until green beans are tender.
  • Add salt, pepper and red chili peppers to taste.
