INGRIEDENTS:
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lbs Ground Turkey
- 2 cloves of Garlic – minced
- ½ Large Onion – diced
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper – diced
- 16 oz French Cut Green Beans – cut in half or thirds
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 pinch of Dried Red Chili Peppers – optional
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Crumble and break up into small pieces.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until onions are golden brown and translucent.
- Stir in yellow bell peppers, green beans, and marinara sauce.
- Cover skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Cook until green beans are tender.
- Add salt, pepper and red chili peppers to taste.
