Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Salt
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp fresh Dill, chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- Dash of Pepper
- 2 Salmon Filets, about 6 oz. each
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place all ingredients except for salmon in a small bowl and melt in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Stir until mixed.
- Place the salmon filets on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Using a pastry brush, evenly coat the top of the salmon with the lemon herb mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
