Thai Sweet Chili Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 6 oz salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup + Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp green onions, sliced
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1.  Sprinkle each fillet with a pinch of salt.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and soy sauce. In a small baking dish or plastic bag add salmon and cover with sauce. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat an inside grill pan on medium high heat and spray with olive oil. If using Salmon with skin, place fish skin side down and grill without touch it for 4 or 5 minutes (depending on the thickness of your fish). Flip fish over and baste with a little bit of the marinade. Cook for an additional 4 or 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot garnished with green onions.
