Ingredients:
- 2 x 6 oz salmon fillets, skin on or off
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup + Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp green onions, sliced
- Cooking spray
Directions:
- Sprinkle each fillet with a pinch of salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and soy sauce. In a small baking dish or plastic bag add salmon and cover with sauce. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat an inside grill pan on medium high heat and spray with olive oil. If using Salmon with skin, place fish skin side down and grill without touch it for 4 or 5 minutes (depending on the thickness of your fish). Flip fish over and baste with a little bit of the marinade. Cook for an additional 4 or 5 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with green onions.
